Having worked in real estate both as a sales associate and for a transaction and title attorney since 2010, Stephanie is no stranger to the sales process, RI real estate laws, and local market trends. Prior to her time in this field, she worked for several years in the arts, hanging her hat at the Corcoran Gallery of Art in Washington, DC as well as re-establishing Gallery (401) and cultural and community programming at the Jewish Alliance of Greater RI. Stephanie is also a graduate of the renowned Sothebys American Arts Course, traveling the country and studying art, architecture, and material culture.
Stephanie brings a fresh perspective and infectious energy to Rhode Island real estate. Her eye for investment and background in the arts allow her to share her love of architecture and design while also guiding clients to see the hidden equity potential in properties and make smart financial decisions. As a multi-million dollar producer, Stephanie is extremely knowledgeable about the local market and works hard for each of her clients, no matter the price point or location.
Stephanie grew up on the East Side with a real estate attorney father, a doting, community-minded mother, an architect grandfather, and a RI radio personality grandmother, who all instilled within her a love and respect for her local heritage. With family roots running generations deep in the community, it is no wonder Stephanie chooses to live, work, and play in the state where she was raised.
Stephanie has served on the boards of the Rotary Club of Metro Providence, Jewish Family Services, The Miriam Hospital Board of Governors, and Temple Emanu-El Providence and is passionate about giving back. She is married to CJ Cohen, has a young daughter, and two dogs, and is addicted to the Rhode Island lifestyle.
