Having work in real estate for over 15 years Scott has worked in every asset class. Scott started his real estate career working with a local builder on team of three representing new construction homes and consistently sold between 20-30 million in product each year. Through this experience Scott learned the fundamentals of ground up construction and how to maximize profits for the developers.
From there Scott went out to create DVA Commercial. DVA Commercial specialized in sales and leasing of mid-market commercial real estate assets.
Most recently Scott was a Partner in Penrose Commercial and Penrose new construction sales and leasing. Scott ran the day to day operations for these two divisions with offices in Boston and Providence, and has represented some large developments such as the Pop Lofts, 125 Midway and the Moshassuck Mills.
Prior to his real estate career Scott worked as an equity trader with Quick & Reilly. He held a series 6,7,9,10,24,63. This experience has helped him understand the finances behind real estate and real estate investment and development.
Scott will be working with his father in-law on the John Bessette Team. Together they have 40 years of combined experience, and will be able to handle any of their clients residential and commercial real estate needs.
