Rachael joined Residential Properties in March of 2018, having come from one of the top producing teams in Rhode Island and SE Massachusetts to further develop her business as a solo agent. She works with a wide-variety of buyers and sellers and has great success with buyers coming from out-of-state, and investment property owners. Rachael recently worked with her clients to garner the highest sold price for a two-family home in the Armory District in nearly 10 years.
Rachael is a dedicated and conscientious agent, working closely with her clients through all aspects of a successful transaction. Rachael is a strong advocate for the power of social media marketing and a well-curated online presence to create opportunities in a quickly evolving real estate world; but still values the importance of authentic person-to-person relationships. Clients appreciate Rachael’s quick and concise communication style, as well as her professional manner and high level of service. She has been described as “warm, creative, and energetic” and “always available to answer questions."
Rachael has a background in fine arts and graphic design and worked with local and civic economic development agencies to create public art programs in the Puget Sound region of Washington State. She has been a successful business owner and mural artist, working on both large scale public pieces and private commissions throughout the Puget Sound Region. She moved to Providence in 2013 and began her real estate career in 2014.
Rachael grew up in the Pacific Northwest, living in coastal areas and on rural farms. Rachael has remodeled her own older homes in the past and enjoys working on improvement and outdoor projects which make her homes unique and inviting. Rachael now lives adjacent to Roger Williams Park in a beautiful 1930’s era home with her two children. She is a member of the PVD Lady Project, a Leadership Rhode Island Alumni, and is involved with Special Olympics in Rhode Island.
