With his training in classical music and the culinary arts, and extensive hands-on experience in home renovation, Kevin has a sharp eye for historical details and modern possibilities. He discovered his love of houses and historic restoration while painstakingly renovating a Victorian Baltimore Painted Lady. Kevin brings his focused energy and careful attention to all his clients, whether they are seasoned buyers and sellers or first-time homeowners.
For years Kevin has helped plan and organize neighborhood groups in an effort to help neighbors help one another. Seeking out grants for neighborhood schools, planning community fundraisers, maintaining neighborhood parks, he is committed to building and strengthening communities. He believes there is nothing better for a community than the fresh zeal and energy that new home owners bring to a neighborhood. Kevin and his family live in Elmwood where their next project is updating a Dutch Colonial Duplex for life in the 21st century.
Kevin's first passion was music performance. He attended the prestigious Peabody Institute of Johns Hopkins University and Oberlin College Conservatory of Music. An veteran of the US military, for twelve years he performed with the Premiere United States Air Force Band in Washington, DC, and has performed in all of the lower 48 states. He still maintains an active freelance performance career and can be found onstage or in the orchestra pit at a music venue near you.
