Although people frequently think of real estate as sales, my personal belief is that I work in a service industry. Buying or selling property usually marks a major transition, often a life-changing one. My clients must be able to trust me, and to rely on my equanimity, honesty, and ability to get things done.
The best real estate practice is truly holistic, as it encompasses the pragmatic, emotional, and instinctual aspects of human life.
Having a good sense of humor never hurts.
