Kira Greene has been "hooked on real estate" since she acquired her first rental property fifteen years ago. Since then, she has purchased several multifamily homes, and renovated and sold single family homes on the East Side of Providence as well as in the seaside town of Jamestown, RI.
A native New Yorker, Kira moved to Providence in 1997. Her professional background is in advertising, interactive marketing and sales, and client account management.
Kira's personal involvement in renovating homes and managing rental properties gives her a keen eye for the elements that would make a house a good investment. At the same time, she has the knowledge, talent, and experience to help sellers prepare and stage their homes for the most appealing presentation. Kira’s real estate success is a reflection of her market know-how, her excellent negotiation skills and her ability to develop a good working rapport with clients.
Ask Kira and she will happily tell you why Providence is an amazing place to call home, with the culture and diversity of a large city, and the charm of a small town community. Kira and her husband, a partner in a commercial real estate firm, are raising their three children on the East Side of Providence. Kira is actively involved in public education in Providence, and is "dialed into" the independent, charter school and private school options families may choose. Kira's volunteer goal is to support the community she loves and improve educational opportunities and choices for Providence families.
Whether you are buying, selling, or renting, Kira will, in her trademark energetic and committed manner, represent your real estate needs.
