Tom Flanagan

VP of Marketing and Technology

Tom Flanagan is a graduate of the New England Institute of Technology and armed with a degree in Interactive Multimedia. In addition to being the Vice President of Marketing and Technology at Residential Properties Ltd., Tom is a syndicated technology columnist at Inman News. He has been a featured speaker at both local and national events including Real Estate Connect. He is interviewed regularly in the Providence Business News (PBN) and has appeared on the popular local radio show, Real Estate Insight, broadcast weekly on 920 WHJJ.

Tom’s passion for design and usability may or may not be directly attributed to his fascination with all things Apple. When not hacking away on various projects, Tom enjoys checking into cafés on the East Side of Providence and spending time with his wife Kathy and daughter Marley.
