Tom Flanagan

Director of Information Technology

Tom brings a wide range of technical knowledge to Residential Properties Ltd. A graduate of the New England Institute of Technology, Tom is responsible for recognizing and implementing new developments in information systems technology. He is also responsible for establishing Internet strategy for the company.

Prior to joining Residential Properties Ltd. in 2005, Tom was a Web Manager for an Internet start-up concentrating on e-Commerce and Search Engine Optimization. Many local musicians and artists have retained him as a Web Designer and New Media Specialist.
