Kathy Wilcox

Controller

A native of Rhode Island, Kathy Wilcox came to Residential Properties LTD with 10 years of professional experience as a Controller. Kathy, a graduate of the University of Rhode Island, has experience both in the construction and the mortgage industries. As Controller and part of the Management Team, she is involved with all financial activities and oversees the day to day operations of the Corporate Accounting Department as well as six branch offices.

Kathy lives in the pastoral setting of Western Coventry in a Colonial home with her husband Jim and their two Yorkshire Terriers. She enjoys travel, summers on the beach in Point Judith and cooking.
